TerraMai is always looking for new reclaimed wood sources. We are interested in structures like warehouses, mills, barns, outbuildings, large fence networks, bridges, barrels, tanks and any other previously used wood that may be salvageable. Once we have your information, we will look it over and see if it matches our existing sourcing needs. If it does, we will get right back to you. If it does not match our immediate needs, we will put your project into our database for future reference. Please follow the below steps to inform us of what you have available.


1. Email Us: Please use this “Got Wood?” form to send us an email with your contact info and details about what you have available. Please attach a detailed materials list of the wood, if you have one.

2. Send Photos: Get us photos. Photos are a great way to communicate about reclaimed wood. Here are several ways to get them to us:

3. Send Samples: Samples of the wood give us a much better understanding of the grain pattern, grade, species and character. Please send samples to:

When sending samples:

Send enough material to give us a representative idea of the entire inventory.

If there are multiple species, make sure you include samples of each.

If there is paint, unusual character marks, staining, etc in the material, make sure you include a sample that shows these characteristics.
