Additional Information
Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your reclaimed wood?

TerraMai is always looking for new reclaimed wood sources. We are interested in structures like warehouses, mills, barns, fences and other outbuildings, sunken timbers, bridges, barrels, tanks and any other previously used wood that may be salvageable. Once we have your information we will look it over and see if it matches our sourcing needs. If it does, we will get right back to you. If it doesn’t match our immediate needs, we will put your project into our database for future reference. Please follow these steps to let us know what you have.

1. Email Us: Please use this “Got Wood?” form to send us an email with your contact info and details about what you have available. Please attach a detailed materials list of the wood, if you have one. You can send a materials list to BBrigham@terramai.com or fax it to Erika Carpenter at 530-964-2745.

2. Send Photos: Get us photos. Photos are a great way to communicate about reclaimed wood. Here are several ways to get them to us:

  • Email digital photos - Send us digital photos in jpg or gif format attached to an email to BBrigham@terramai.com

  • Mail a disposable camera - Send the undeveloped camera to:

3. Send Samples: Get us samples. Samples of actual wood give us a much better understanding of the grain pattern, grade, species and character.

When sending samples:

  • Make sure you send enough material to give us a representative idea of the whole inventory.
  • If there are multiple species, make sure you include samples of each.
  • If there is paint, unusual character marks, staining, etc in the material, make sure you include a sample that shows these characteristics.
