fir flooring seconds
These flooring pieces were originally milled as
part of a custom run for a large, high-profile condominium loft
project in Seattle. These pieces were culled from the project for
a variety of reasons. Although originally milled as flooring, they
are suitable for a number of applications – including paneling,
wainscoting, furniture, trim and more. Douglas fir is prized for
its unique structural qualities and exceptional beauty. This material
comes from a variety of our historic Doug fir inventories, including
the 900 Minnesota “Esprit” Building in San Francisco,
the former Geneva Steel Mill in Utah and others. It is ideal for
projects that call for character and personality. This inventory
is a bargain at $1 per board foot. Must be purchased per unit, with
approximately 500 board feet per unit.
